Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Zernu Streetwear.

 Because many of our pieces are produced in limited runs, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, we do make exceptions in the following situations:

• The wrong size was sent (different from what you ordered)
• The wrong item was sent (not the product you ordered)

 To qualify for a return or refund in these cases, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.

 If you’re unhappy with the quality of a product you received, please also reach out within the same 7 business day window. We’ll review your concern and do our best to find a fair solution.

 When contacting us, include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
